Camofire Order

Postby Swede » 02 04, 2017 •  [Post 1]

I ordered a dozen new broadheads through Camofire yesterday. I realized I had made a mistake on the order as soon as I got the very quick confirmation e-mail from them. I am glad I noticed my error right away as they ship very, very promptly. When I phoned to explain the problem, an owner received the call and things were changed immediately. I have never had a nicer more helpful person in one of these mail order facilities either. I am used to waiting on the phone until I am worn out and either give up or just persevere. That was not my experience with Camofire. The response was immediate. Wow!
After awhile I remembered I had sent them an earlier e-mail about the change I wanted, and started to think I should call in case there was some confusion. Again I got right through and the other person that took my call was as helpful as the first and again very polite. They acted as if we were old friends, even though we have never met.
The Camofire website is easy to navigate and placing an order takes only a couple of minutes. It is almost too easy to "pull the trigger". Maybe that explains why I asked for the wrong broadheads at first. Now the correct order is on the way and if you see an old bow hunter in the woods this September, with pink broadheads in his quiver; the grin he is wearing is due to the great savings on the purchase. I was assured by the Camofire employee, if the elk are close enough to laugh at my arrows, they are close enough for me to shoot. So watch out elk. I am looking forward to trying them out.

BTW: I have always had a good experience all the businesses I have made purchases from that sponsor the W.T. forum.

Yes sir, top notch outfit (Camofire/Blackovis). Very professional to work with as a sponsor and rock solid CS when I deal with them as a consumer.

I can back these statements 100% as I've purchased a few hundred dollars worth of (necessary) goods from them over the last few years.
Had a couple of very similar experiences as Swede with the same results. Awesome and understanding CS!

I think I need to warn you guy to stand away from your mailbox when you order from Camofire. My order came in so quick that the mail lady must have come in like a pit stop at the Daytona 500. The order was filled to perfection. I hope some elk go head-over-heals experiencing the broadheads.

I have had to immediately change my order with them too without a problem. They have good deals and I've been happy with their customer service.

On the other hand, try changing an order with KUIU and you will have a very different experience. KUIU ships fast and I like some of their products but changing an order is tough and they are very slow in processing returns.

Used them a bunch last year to build up my non-existent hunting gear. Great people.

Ordered another 2 pack of Lorpen wool sox from CF today. One time I tried their unlimited postage or a week for $9.99, when I needed several items. Got almost all my Core4 including great stretch ballcaps, bulletproof tactical belt, shirts and an Icebreaker merino quarter zip from CF. Go ahead, pull the trigger!
