Things that make you go Hmmmmmm......

Postby olympushunt » 02 01, 2017 •  [Post 1]

Ok, so I technically should post this under the "Other big game" forum but I suppose it isn't the species that matters. I just found this hilarious.
I was doing so homework on harvest stats for a buddy of mine who has now gathered quite a few points for a very coveted antelope tag here in Oregon. There are very few of these tags given out and it is one tag, one animal per person. Does anyone see anything wrong (the Hart Mountain unit) with this picture? 12 hunters....lol

It took me awhile to get there, but agree with Saddlesore. Surely there could be no mistake. One thing is obvious, is that if I want an antelope, I should put I for Hart Mtn. Besides I like the hot springs there. What a great place to end a November day in the late buck season.

This past December,me and my buddy were hunting doe antelope. We both shot, three fell over .Good thing we both had two doe tags each. One was a buck that had already dropped it's horn sheath and what was left was under 5".

Surely no mistake as we are talking about ODFW.
All I know is where do I sign up! A unit that has better than 100% success???? I'm in! Maybe a hunter decided since he waited 20 years to draw that tag he was taking two. lol

Why not take two. They are pretty small.
