Bow String

Rather than dropping money on a new bow this year, I am looking to get my Hoyt re-strung. Anybody recommend a particular brand? Would rather take the money I save and purchase more gear.

I just ordered a set from Twisted X Bowstrings - heard very good things about them.

I've used Tony Cohn @ Bowfitters and had good luck in the past.

I've also had Hogwire and Park 'N Sons recommended.

x2 on twisted X strings. I have a set of their fury strings on both of my bows, and couldn't be more pleased. The strings were spot on in length, zero peep rotation, and zero stretch.

ive been using VaporTrail VTX strings. Ive been using them for the last 4 yrs now and i dont even bother with factory strings. I have a bow ordered that will be here on monday and i already have my new VTX strings here waiting for it.

I trust vaportrail strings to the fullest. I install them put three shots on them, tie in my peep, time and tune everything and forget it. I never had a string creep or twist form VT. Ive put them on 6 different bows now and my old hunting bow has over 1000 shots on it with my first set of VT strings still on it.

Plus there customer service is second to none. Very helpful and fast.
