Hey guys I just wanted to say Hello! I am an elk hunter in SE Washington, yes I chase spikes. I grew up in Minnesota and left 4 years ago and have learned that sitting in a deer stand in the Midwest is definitely not the same as chasing a bugling bull. I definitely have enjoyed the switch and elk hunting with my bow is my favorite hunting I have ever done. I have the blue mountain monsters pretty dialed in, if anyone is lucky enough to draw a tag down here let me know and I can definitely give you some tips and spots to check out. I am hoping to do a trip over to Idaho for some better elk hunting next fall and just starting to draw up ideas for that. Only a couple years left hunting with my dad before it gets too much for him to go up and down the mountain so hoping to score my first elk with my dad in Idaho and not looking for any monster just a freezer filler and the experience of a lifetime. Hope to get to know y'all!

SE Washington is some rugged country though. Its vertical hunting. But grows some big boys! I might know a honeyhole or 2 8-) Can't wait to take one of them.
