NEW MEMBER INTRO

Postby asmithpro » 10 21, 2016 •  [Post 1]

Hey All,

Just wanted to send a quick post to introduce myself. I live in Fort C, Colorado with my wonderful family. I pursue elk with all methods of take and love the outdoors. I work as the National Account Manager for S&W and hope to pass along this great heritage to my 3 children. I've been fortunate to hunt all over the world and feel a great responsibility to protect and grow the hunting community.

I'm excited I found this forum and hopefully can learn from some of the great elk hunters on here!

Glad to be here!

It is great to have you with us in camp Aaron. I suspect you can pass along a lot of experiences and information to us. We will look forward to hearing more from you. Pull up a wood block or a chair, if you can find one, and join in here at the campfire.

based on your picture, maybe it will be you passing on the expertise more than the other way around! Fantastic bull!

A great way to get started is with a story..... :D

Guys -

Thank you for the warm reception. That bull was taken last year in a limited draw unit here in CO.

Just a fun hunt, chased a 340 bull for 3 days until my trigger finger got itchy:)

Again, looking forward to learning and sharing some great experience in the field with ya'll.

Thanks again!!!

Welcome to the forum Aaron. You're just down the road from me. If you ever want to discuss hunting in Wyoming, give me a holler.

Mike -

Thank you! We'll have to talk soon as I've accumulated a lot of points in WY but just haven't nailed down where I want to go!

Thanks again!
