I spoke with a gentleman from cpw last Tuesday (June 14th) and he told me that all the elk tags would be "sent out" by that Friday (June 17th) so should be showing up anytime now. Weird thing was he said if I didn't receive it by July 21st then call back and I could start the process of getting them to send another duplicate tag. Seemed like a long time to wait to me.
