SD Card Viewer recomendations

So last year prior to the season opening I would carry my lap top with me to check cameras in the field so that I can download the pictures. During the hunt I would use my IPAD for obvious reasons of it being smaller and lighter. Only issue is that it cant be used as a viewer and so i would have to download the pics, which we all know that you run out of memory really fast. So this year I am thinking of getting an SD card viewer to carry in my pack to make it a little easier and faster to check cameras in the field. I have looked at a few so far from Wildgame inovations and Moultrie. Do any of you guys use any of these viewers and have any recomendations on a brand or model? Thanks!

Just plug into a camera, no reason for more and expensive stuff. Most work with out any set up, but I think one of ten we've tried we had to reprogram the card and then it was good to go.

X2 what Ishy mentioned. I have a tiny Canon Elph camera that works great for not only taking pictures of the hunt, camp, etc., but, is always available to check cam pictures.

This. I use a little canon as well. Works fine.

Another cannon user I have an inexpensive "snapshot" or quick shot something like that ,.. or my wife's "Powershot"
On small screens some detail gets missed,.. like license plates on ATVs bu tI generally swap our SD cards

Not sure how many cams you check? Not sure if you check one drive to the next or walk from cam to cam. What works for my set up is a SD reader that plugs into my phone. I bring a blank card down to my spot, while I'm walking out use the card reader on my phone to view the pics. Just because I can't wait. I have a laptop in my truck to download the pics clear the card and move onto the next spot.

I use a Kingston mobilelite, and wirelessly connect to my kindle fire. I read what is on we cards, and copy over to a usb thumb drive. It also is a backup battery charger. I gave up on those awkward to use card viewers, you can swipe through pictures on this and zoom in a lot easier. You might be able to hook up to a iPad, not sure if compatible

I use a little digi cam thats about 8 years old. Works fine to see the pics from my older cams, but the newer ones are too high resolution or something, all fuzzy on the tiny screen, hard to see. And i can never wait til i get home to look through my pics, always want to check them out on the spot. So i ordered one of these. http://www.trailcampro.com/collections/ ... pad-tablet
