I ran the pack by a buddy of mine (who happens to be a consummate gear/pack head) and he said would guess it should be a decent pack, perhaps in the Eberlestock and Badlands range of quality/functionality. I really like the features of this new pack, and, the price is definitely reasonable. If they start selling like hotcakes, one can be assured the prices will jump as their popularity increases. Just looks solid to me.

Neat pack, the only concern I would have is how well the load lifters would work if you're a taller guy. I had an Eberlestock Gunslinger that was great until I put anything more than 30lbs in it due to it being too short for me and I was unable to use the load lifters.

Looking for a pack to be able to take everything I need for a 3 or 4 night stay in back country. I really like the badlands 2200 but not sure it it is quit big enough for all my gear (tent that is 6 pounds 5x22 inches, sleeping bag, and all other gear and food for 4 nights).

The Tenzig 4000 i really like also because it looks like you can pack it full with it fully expanded, but then it will also shrink up smaller after you pack everything in and want something a bit smaller on your day hunts.

Any recommendations or advice from anyone that has used any of these packs (Slumberjack, Tenzig 4000, Badlands 2200) for a 3 or 4 night bivy hunt in back country?
Where you able to pack all your gear with room to spare and be comfortable using it on day hunts and packing game?
