Elk ivory gift

I would like to have an elk ivory pendant made for my wife. Does anyone have a recommendation on someone you have dealt with in the past. Thanks

I found a goldsmith @ a local jeweler, he designed an elk antler mount to hold a polished ivory as a pendant. Wife loves it, she has a silver bracelet w 2 matching ivories as well, and a half dozen loose ivories we are wondering how to mount.
