can someone tell me what game bags used to be sold on the elknut website?

Can't remember but you can't go wrong with T.A.G. Bags. If you buy a set when you get them you'll say "Now I see why people say they are so nice".

You can find them on the Pristine Ventures website ran by Larry Bartlett.

The ones we use are the Outfitter Grade Allen Game bags.

I have used what Paul sells for a few years now, this year I picked up a set of Backcountry Allen game bags , they are synthetic , I will let you know how they work out.

We used to carry the Outfitter Grade Allen Game bags. We still use them here & have for near 20 years, don't see us changing either, they do great & are good for several seasons & bulls. Quit carrying mostly because we couldn't keep up with the demand & supply. I really like these bags! We do have a couple dozen 4-packs here if interested.

Thanks Paul. I ordered from another source:(. I have used the Allen ones in the past and did really like them. just failed to wash them afterwards and ended up getting rid of them when i moved. Just couldn't remember what brand they were. Thanks again.

Right now I'm using the Alaskan game bags but when these give out my plan on either trying TAGS bags maybe some that Paul recommends

After using TAG Bags I'll never go back to cotton bags. Blood washes out of the synthetic bags really easy and they are very light and not bulky at all.
