I drew a permit... I have been trying for quite a while. It's going to be fun! I wish everyone good luck with their draws.

Paul: Thank you my friend! My brother and my Dad did not draw. In fact, I am still stunned that I drew. Everyone I know who applied for this section did not draw. I am just happy Elk is back on the menu!

I have a friend from NW Montana that drew that same permit Noah. I copied your name on his Facebook post today in case you are interested in talking to him about that area for any reason. Maybe you two can get together. He's a good hunter and a great guy.

I think he may be able to help you Noah. He grew up in Livingston and knows tons of country around those units. For him drawing that permit is like a homecoming hunt. But I guess if you're going to hire an outfitter it won't matter. When are you going to graduate from client school and become a DIY hunter!!!
