Well I have the outside done. Only thing left is hanging the front door. I am starting on the ceiling. Tongue and groove spruce on the ceiling.

Wow, pretty sweet! You even have an energy seal type insulation, fancy! How much do you estimate the unit will weigh when finished?

Around 6000lbs. It is hard to estimate that. I am having my trailer built with two 5000lb. axles.

One big thing with the foam insulation is the strength. It glues it all together and makes it extremely rigid. It is great insulation also. I want to use this thing as an extra bedroom at Christmas time when all my girls come home. I have four.
