Colorado archery unit help

My dad and I have never hunted Colorado at all. I am planning on a archery elk hunt (OTC) and would like suggestions on a unit to hunt. I will be taking my dad who has some limiting health issues (bad knees). Needs to be relatively easy terrain for him. However, I don't want to be covered up with other hunters. I know with that, we will need to hike in quite a ways and be able to pack out. A unit with high density of elk and medium terrain is what I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
