New Compact Glass

Received my new compact binos today. Although it's not a model he normally carries, Mr. Elknut was kind enough to get me a pair of the Vortex 10X28 Diamondbacks. I was looking for a replacement for my older Nikons and was after something that I could use in my small S4 Gear bino harness. These fit perfectly and are a huge improvement over the quality of my old Nikons. Thanks Paul for going the extra mile and getting me a pair of these. RJ

OK Im jealous.
When my wife and I were married she came with a sweet little pair of glasses that her dad bought her when she was 16. She still has them well over 40 years old,... but they are about as good as $20.00 binos from Big 5 now.

When you say old glasses and I think Nikon has a good warranty too; I sent my 1992 Leopold glasses in last year, they sent a new pair of Cascades back to me

I had a couple old Redfield rifle scopes they resealed the them. Then Redfield got sold, and sold, and sold again,.. . Those bought in the early 70's scope with a new company I was able to buy new scopes in 2002 at 25% of list

Ooops I wrote Nikon first time around those Leopold....; Sadly I just mailed those new Cascades in on Friday The plastic eye piece broke. I was telling a fellow earlier in the week about the problem, he said the same happened to his Vortex,.. Vortex fixed repaired those too and shipped them right back
