I keep getting the above error, Ive tried copying it, and just typing it in, any advice?

Hmmm. I would wait until they have time to process things during business hours tomorrow. Maybe mid day. Then try it again. If it still doesn't work give them a call. The folks at Wyoming Fish & Game are very helpful and downright nice people. They'll take care of you pretty quick.

I was thinking the same thing, it should get squared away fairly quickly. BTW I broke down and paid for the special license

As much as I hate to admit it, it was operator error, for the life of me that 5 looked like a 3

Understandable. 5s look like 3s all the time.
