Amazing how well a food processor works

....grinding venison! I never make big batches. I do however grind the occasional couple of patties. Venison patties! Making a Hawaiian dish called Moko Loko.

Yea. I have been using a small Oscar food grinder / chopper for many years. Get the silverback off the meat and that little guy works up burger pretty quick and I have not lost as much as a finger doing it.

We just slice and cook,.. or toss in the crock pot
