bow sight

Does anyone use "Sure Loc Lethal Weapon W/Retina Lock 6" Black 5 pin".
I see it was on como fire and it got me thinking.

Is it for competition shooting?
Or more for hunting?
Is it worth the extra money?
Its it hard to sight in because it complicated?
Or is this Retina just a new thing everyone should have and it goes away after awhile?

I have been thinking about the IQ sight for quite some time, I would like to hear from others about either of these sight on this thread.

My brother was at the Ohio deer and turkey expo asking about it... Most of the responses were that it was marketing gimmick. If you notice they use to be $300 now you can get em for under $200. Why if they worked so good would us slash 1/3 of the price off? Wouldn't quality and accuracy build consumer demand which would drive prices up? IMO a bubble level and sturdy bright pins are the most import things followed by a tuned bow with a smaller peep aperture will do everything you need your bow to do. Thus saying that your are shooting with proper form. I see guys blaming their bows for inaccuracies and then watch them shoot... They have a death grip on the thing and they have some kind of weird facial expression every time they shoot. Inconsistencies in form will lead to inaccuracies. I think no matter what you put on your bow perfect practice makes perfect!
