Better than Christmas

Postby Mikeha33 » 09 05, 2014 •  [Post 1]

Well friends, the time has come. I'm headed out in about 5 hours. The pack is loaded, calories have been carefully calculated, maps have been scoured over, bow is tuned, my body is conditioned, my mind is right. It's all over but the high-fives! Everyone stay safe this year, and remember that although antlers and venison are wonderful, having a wonderful time with lifelong memories is what this is all about.

Here's to joining the 10%'ers! Talk to you boys soon.

Good luck Mike. . . with your gear, body and mind right, it sounds like you are prepared for success. I like the way you have your priorities in order.

Looking forward to hearing your stories when you get back.
