Seems to be a lot of variability between companies and individual cans, I have some cans that are 9 years old that work fine and some that are 2 or 3 years old and can hardly muster a spray at all. Best way to find out is to test them, just a quick spray of less than a second and you will indeed be able to tell....best of luck to you
