Is this Elk poop?

I took these pics from last year,It was still warm and they just melted in my mouth .Is this elk poop?Trying to get good at identifying fresh elk sign

If they stick to your teeth then it is elk poop, if it just falls apart it is rabbit poop.

That is fresh. Turns brown in a day. Definitely elk poo !!

Not Grizzly as there are no strips of torn clothing from the hikers or orange flagging tape from surveyors !!

Elk is a lot like caramel it sticks to ur teeth, unless they are in a high fiber diet, deer crumbles in ur mouth
