Headed out for a Bonsai scouting trip. Only a Month and a few days before we enter the Elk woods with Tag and bow in hand!!!

Ya!! You can't leave us in the dark like that!! Ha ha spill the beans!

Didn't see any elk (or sign). I guess I didn't really expect to. The area I was scouting doesn't seem to get any interest from the elk until about Aug 1-Sept 15 when they finally move to that area . . . but once they do . . . WOW! My Boss drew a really good tag, so we get to scout some awesome elk areas.

We did see two Big A$$ Mulie bucks. Awesome forks on both of them. One was really wide and the other was really tall . . . but somehow they both had awesome forks.

It was fun.
