Accuracy

I have noticed, when reading about shooting a gun accurately, it is always encouraged to focus on your sights and let the target blur. In bow shooting, it is often the other way around, focus on the target.

It seems my bow accuracy has improved as I focus on my pins. What do you all think?

I focus on looking through my peep and at the proper pin. I put that pin over the spot I want to hit with my arrow. I focus on the sights.

Now you have me thinking......I focus on the pin, on the target, then after I squeeze off the arrow, i continue to look through my sights at the target.....

X2, and I'll add that the spot I want my arrow to go is small. Aim small, miss small.

What Swede said. After I release, I focus on the target through the peep.

I'm not sure there is a right or wrong way for shooting a bow. I focus on the target and let the pin blur. I shoot much better than if I try to focus on the pin. You are correct though, the proper way to shoot a rifle is focus on the sight or crosshairs.
