just so there's no confusion, this is winter 2013 monarch pass area mostly, no hunting, but this can be considered "eyes on intel" for those that are less familiar with the area. all photos taken by either myself or my girlfriend spring.

Yes, I was unsure as well? I believe he's pointing out that rough weather can hit at anytime so be prepared for all types of weather? It's pretty common in about any western state even in Sept.

lol sorry yes, I lived there and just wanted to share some rough weather pictures for those folks not familiar with the area as I had read a couple other threads where people were coming to CO for the first time.

Yes it can unpredictable

I got hailed on 5 times last weekend and then had great weather a few minutes later

hell yeah, looks like you were in the back country for sure. those pix I posted were of monarch pass, right near the continental divide. for reference sake its in GMU 561.
