FINALLY made up my mind

after playing a lot this spring I finally figured out what my arrow setup will be for elk this yr.

going with gold tip kinetic 200DG 50gr insert, 100gr slick trick grizz trick II, four fletched with vane tech 2" hp.
total arrow weight of 512gr moving at 328FPS (yes that's chronoed)

after some slight tuning at 60yds my FPs and BHs are hitting the same spot.

this is out of my 80# omen pro, 30"Dl.

KE is 122.189
MOMENTUM .745

Holy cow JJ I'd have to use both feet to pull that bow back !! You must one tough bugger !! LOL

But hey as long as you can pull it back straight and smooth and not get noticed by the elk I say giver !!

Shoot straight and have a great elk season bud !

Holy smokes! Be sure of your target, the target beyond the first one, "and" whatever is beyond that :shock:
