Got me a pair of Crispi Nevada boots

I have never had a pair of stiff, climbing type boots. I have always had Danner Pronghorn type, and for the most part have been satisfied. I have been saving my pennies and stopped in Scheels yesterday and tried one on one foot and a Pronghorn on the other. Wow, even though the Pronghorn felt good, the structure and quality of the Crispi was very evident. I went for an hour hike this morning up and down the steepest hills we have and could tell that this type of boot will reduce fatigue on up/down and side hill climbs.

Before I made the purchase I asked if Scheels would price match on line stores. I found a pair on Amazon for $126 under the Scheels price, they adjusted the price and never batted an eye. So, out the door I went with my new Crispis, I wouldn't have made the purchase at the original price.

I think the break in process will be fairly short as they are pretty comfortable already.

Yes, the Crispi line of boots offer comfort out of the box! They are a mid range stiff boot but yet will handle light or heavier loads with good comfort & stability!
