I would just like to share my personal testimonial of Paul's exceptional service. I ordered a Vortex Spotting Scope this morning online and promptly received an email requesting I call to receive best pricing. I was surprised when Paul himself answered! Not only did he take my order but he discussed with me in great depth the scope and the best tripod to match.
