Quality TV Programming

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 01 24, 2014 •  [Post 1]

Wife and I are bored so decided to watch some tube. Nothing on so we thought we'd break our no reality tv vow and watch 20 million dollar Bigfoot bounty. This episode was filmed close to where I hunt in WA. Holy heck, do people really watch this stuff? Well besides me tonight. Amazing. Any other nominations for the silliest reality show? This one is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

When you said you and the wife were bored and nothing was on tv, I thought this thread was going a whole different direction. Ha

I agree they are dumb. I enjoyed the Ice Road Truckers for a couple episodes. I watched one episode about logging. It irritated me much more than it entertained. I have been around logging nearly all of my life and that show bares little resemblance to "reality". Other than those two shows I don't think I have watched any reality TV, unless you count the few TV wrestling matches I watched years ago.

Lol, it took me a while to open that " calling all cougars" thread a couple days ago, I was not sure if the poster was going after the worlds most expensive and dangerous game or just mountain lions. Turns out he was playing it safe.

I can only stomach 10 -15 min of "un-reality" TV then check out the out door channel / hunting channel a few minutes to inspire me to turn off the tv.

I heard that 24 is coming back! I know a few people that love that show.

My wife and I just finished watching Breaking Bad. I caught a marathon around Christmas and recorded all of them. We binge watched in evenings and weekends. Excellent show!

I watch Gold Rush. I have to record it and watch it before the family awakes on the weekends though. They all hate that show.

I tried watching the Big Foot game show and it sucked.

I do enjoy Due, You're Screwed. (Survival type show)

I laugh my butt off with the kids at Impractical Jokers. Those guys are awesome!

Appalachian outlaws is a show I have been watching lately, in the mountains hunting for that Sang.

Bearing Sea Gold is another one I watch.
