Who's Your Favorite Football Team?

I'm sure there's a few football fans here in both College & NFL. I'm a die hard 49er fan myself & have been ever since I could talk. (grin) Go 49ers!!! How about you folks, any sports fans out there?

Glide Wildcats, but I cannot say if they won a game this year or not. In other words I rarely pay attention to football. How are those 49ers doing?

I am a lowly Dallas Cowboys fan and have been so for 35+ years. My team sports the worst defense in the NFL, ever! I'm gonna call the owner of the team and offer up our local boy scout troop as replacement players for the defense.. they couldn't do any worse

Washington Husky fan also. Excited for next year when the Chris Peterson coaching era starts. Go Dawgs!

The more I became addicted to hockey and the Pittsburgh Penguins the less I cared about the NFL. When I was a kid and we had Terry Bradshaw and the Steel Curtain winning Super Bowls and all of my uncles were die hard fans I was too. This year it was easy to not pay attention to the Steelers right? lol

For me it's just a reason to get together with friends so for that reason I root for them. But if they are losing everyone is all P.O.d so I'm left wishing I didn't even bother.

BUT... even though I pay no attention to the team or their stats... I've always smiled when the Pack was winning simply because they are owned by the people instead of some rich fat cat.

If there's one other team I like to see ding well it's the Montana Grizzlies. I like anything to do with Montana and I like grizzlies!

im sad all around, in pro football, hockey,
in the PROs ( if you can call it that) im a Vikings fan and also a Wild fan
I don't have a college football team
ncaa hockey, the golden gophers U of Minnesota, the bull dogs U of M (Duluth)

I may have moved to CO from MN but there is no way I will rout for the broncos, as for the avalanche I loth them entirely.

the one advantage I have over the bronco fans is, I Know my team is horrible, they will be heart broken in the playoffs AGAIN!!!!!!! :lol:

im a more of a baseball fan, GO ST LOUIS CARDS.
I like to watch fun football. back when the rams were the greatest show on turf I loved them, then warner with the cards. I enjoy the broncos an the chiefs now.

Broncos fan here also. Agree with posts above as to the defense being in the sewer. Play offs could be interesting to say the least. Score big if were gonna win.

Niner fan, have been my whole life. Go Niners! Since I started hunting in Idaho, whitetails in 99, I started following Boise State, and root for them, and follow them every year. Sad to see Coach Petersen is leaving.

I like watching Russel Wilson

Even growing up in Minnesota I couldnt bring myself to cheer for any pro team in that state.
Now my cousin plays for the WILD, its cool to watch, but I dont schedule my time around it.

My wife and all my in-laws are from Colorado, so I also root for the Broncos. Unless they are playing Seattle.

Yes, Russel Wilson has some amazing moves there's no doubting that, he amazes me everytime I watch him but I sure do like seeing him get pounded! (grin) The 49ers are my team but I sure hold my breath if they have to play them in Seattle???? If anyone can take them in their home field it will be the 9ers. It would be a great game! I believe both teams are front runners & will be hard to stop by other teams.

Being from Minnesota I guess I was a Vikings fan, training camp was in my town and a friend played for them, I didnt even know what position he played :roll:

I did coach Jr Highfootball, and the boys that wanted me for their coach knew I didn't know a thing about football,.somehow we still became district champ

Being from the South bordering the Arkansas Texas Oklahoma line, how bout the Dallas cowboys, yeah defense pretty bad, and a very questionable coaching staff especially the last 2 games. Greenbay- San Fran game in 30 below wind chills should be fun to watch. San Fran practiced in 60 degree temps yesterday. That adjustment could be difficult!

I enjoy watching NFL but don't really have any team loyalties. I'm a Nebraska fan and it's been a long time since that was very exciting, but they did pull out a bowl victory finally this year so it's a start.
