my bow freaked everyone out at the bowrange today.

i fired a few shots. all of a sudden when the bow fired, my bow made the most horrible rackets..a loud rattle. the guys shooting next to me, moved away..thinking my bow was gonna blow.

it was an amazing sound!! i shook my bow, and it just rattled. like mexican marachas. i zeroed in on the noise. it was an insert!! an arrow insert came loose and was shaking in the arrow shaft. phew!! i thought a limb cracked or something.

now i am trying to make a really long allen wrench to tighten them all down. i guess one insert didnt have loc-tite. that noise would send all the elk in a valley running.

one of the benefits of stepping up my shooting waaay before hunting season. shake out the equipment problems.
