New DiamondBack Spotting Scope.

Postby ElkNut1 » 06 28, 2013 •  [Post 1]

Just a heads up on the New DiamondBack 20-60X60 Spotting Scope & it is very small, lightweight (33oz) & sweet! It's priced at half of the Razor HD line & would work out great! I played with it some & really like how quick it was to focus & get on target. If on a budget & cannot afford the higher end Razor models this scope deserves some serious thought, I really like it so far!

Here's a view where you can use this scope in a Straight style if needed although it's an Angled model, very cool!

Here's a photo of it collapsed down for packing, you can leave it attached like this or use the quick release plate to detach & carry Tripod & Spotter separately. The Tripod is the Summit SS Tripod at 1.8# -- It's the exact one I use for Packing.

Paul, we have had these in our store for a month or so now. I have been playing with them a lot, awesome scope! Optics have been improved greatly over the Nomad series that these replaced. Also, the size was reduced (as mentioned). Hell of a scope for the money!

Good choice in Tripod too! Just ordered one with my Razor 11-33

What is the price of this setup? Where can I order one on the internet, both the scope and the tripod?

Backcountry, I had a chance to check out this Spotter this weekend, yes it's a nice unit & will get the job done. I do like my Razors better though! (grin)
