Hey Elk Nut,
I am an elkoholic virgin. I am planning a DIY archery hunt to Colorado next year. I've read an article about "gut-less" quartering..... How do you get the tender loins (the best part) out? I have butchered alot of whitetail in my life, but never with the guts still in.
