It is the highlight of my month. I have made a personal rule to no longer vote for my own photos though. It feels greedy.

I just enjoy harassing you characters. I have voted for mine and I have voted for others when I have a photo in the contest. There are a few times I thought I had a good entry, but mostly I recognize there are better photographers on this forum. You and I.S. consistently have some great photos. I think good photographers see a good photo opportunity and take a picture of it. I decide I want some pictures and go out with my camera. If I find something that is worth taking a picture of, I have a good photo. If not, I just have pictures.

I'll say this, having a phone with a quality camera in my pocket all the time has increased the number of pictures I take exponentially. If you sort through all of them, eventually there are a few good ones in the mix.

I have one too, but I never take it when I leave the truck. That should be an easy solution.
