Well guys,i had put a lot of time researching the area,making phone calls and practicing my calling all year waiting for the time to come.Arived in SW Colorado on the 18th and went to a known spot for cell coverage and called my wife,that's when i got the bad news that her moms health was deteriorating quickly.I was able to get 2 full days of elk hunting in the mountains ( Short time but i am thankful for that).I was not enjoying myself anyways knowing was she was going through that and would rather be home.Took a flight home the next day and my buddy's all are bring my stuff home.OH well!!!!! there's always next year I checked my bow in at the airport so IM going to be hitting the stand here in Ohio for the archery opener Tomorrow morning so that will be nice.Thanks guys for all the great advice and looking forward to next season...Congrats to everyone that Connected and worked there tails off!
