cant get to the mnts

just ranting, I moved out here last year to be in the mnts in September, have planned for mos to be out there, took most of the mos of September off to be there. ive got 6 days in since the start of season an have been rained on 6 times. now I cant even get to where I hunt. im stuck in the house during elk season. geez ive got cabin fever an pouting also.

Time to pick a plan B area! Unless you have a LE tag, you have plenty of area to hunt! You're new to CO this year... but take it as a lesson that you need more areas scouted preseason.

yep, I actually have three places I hunt, but they are all in the same general area about 50 miles apart. they opened up I 25 so I should be able to go even if I have to drive to wy and come down that way. im just whining

thanks paul and dotman, im goin Monday regardless if I have to hunt downtown Loveland. I may hunt new country or drive around to get to mine or hopefully I can get to mine, but no matter what I will be hunting mon thru wedn. then sat thru the end of season.
