I received Meat Processing for the Western Elk Hunter , Written by the staff of Elk Hunter magazine.

We have found every chapter useful. And as a family who puts up nearly all of our game , informative and very helpfull too.

The section I on Preparedness and Ethics, and Section III Meat recipes and Staples helpful and informative. I also kept the book in almost new shape,.. It didnt go on the cabinet while cutting meat 8-)

The only bad information , the writers suggested to use my wife's favorite bread pan,.. and they used a $4.00 metal pan ,, Evidently their wifes pan certainly isn't stoneware

The first person to PM me its yours. I would just hope that you too would pass it along sometime in the future.

I'll PM you if you will send the book in your wife's stoneware bread pan. Be sure to wrap it properly.
