So I started this thread with pics of this buck in velvet. Since the buck I've been having wet dreams about for the last 3 years slipped through my fingertips and was killed by somebody else a few days ago, I figured I should resurrect this thread by posting some hard horned pics of this 2nd banana buck. Enjoy.

Just figured id pop this thread back up. We have pics of this buck all the way back from 2013. After years of obsessing over him, the old man finally put him down today. Didnt think hed ever do it. Today was the first day in all these years he ever showed up in daylight during season. Im up camped out hunting right now, and hes got all his buddies over at his house fondling the buck, ill call and ask him tomorrow if i can post pics up. hes an absolute pig. Hes had g5s on each side, but lost them and put on a junk tine this year. Hes an old bastard.

He doesnt seem to want to put him online or enter him in the books as of this time. I will say though, hes an awesome animal. So much stuff going on that the scoring system doesnt even account for. Mass on tines, mass all the way to the end of main beams, just a pig.

That is ok. We are all different. If I got that buck you would see plenty of it. You might even get tired of it. :D

I do not know why, but your dad looks like an old sailor. It is probably that watch cap. Is that where you got started working tugs?

Our taxidermist got the old mans buck knocked out fast, and it looks great. Now hes determined to get a big mount worthy mule deer buck to replace the whitetail on the right (the buck on the left is actually a blacktail he killed in king county way back in 87, but he has whitetail looking antlers)
