WTB meat hauler pack

Postby westerncolorado » 01 04, 2015 •  [Post 1]

I'm on a budget, and I'm looking to spend between $100 and $200. I know that's not much, but I thought some of you guys might have a pack you don't use anymore and wouldn't mind parting with. Something like an old freighter frame. But if you have something besides an external frame that would work too, I'm definitely open to it! I'm a medium size in just about everything, if that matters. Located in Grand Junction, Colorado. Thanks!

Are you looking for just a aluminum frame you can strap a bag of meat to? I have a couple not sure the name but they would work.

Head to the nearest Army Navy Surplus store and look for an ILBE pack set up. With a little trimming you can get a pretty usable piece of gear that's relatively bulletproof.
