Can the butt bucket be used with a loaded down x2 or is there not enough room

I used it on an X2. It attaches to the back down low....sure you know that. It would be fine with a fully loaded pack. The only caveat I would put in it is the bow does get strapped to the back of the pack, so if you are packing an elk quarter then it's bow on meat. I personally used it for a 3 day trip (fully loaded pack) and it worked just fine.

I found it most useful when walking in the dark and long hikes into and out of camp. Basically times I was not expecting game to show or at night when it can be handy to have your hands free.

Lastly, the quick draw feature (or whatever they call it) did not make a bunch of sense to me. But I know I did not fully understand it.
