Too many of those

I was cautioned about my Montana elk hunt, and some problem bears. The Feds had trail cams out. I saw there was a press release the bears were captured in that drainage ,,, whatever that means

Whats wrong with Yellowstone Park,,, they want bears until there is trouble then they move the problem somewhere else

Montana opener I met a fellow headed out of the woods and down the trail.
"Too much grizzly sign Im going home" I suggested he don't hike in the dark and stay out of the willows and heavy timber. But he was headed back to Wisconsin. One morning oif hunting :?

Also spoke with some Federal law enforcement guys, both Montanans at one time,, Hunted together. but they were moving too.

Another solo Non-resident, (5 elk in 8 years) hunted the same place my Brother in law suggested I sit,, . Stayed out of the woods, and only walked in the the light.
