You sure bears should be eating chocolate and coffee beans?

Throw a few cases of redbull out there and see what happens.

Or we can skip the foreplay, douse a whole mess of these in honey and see how it goes.

I still have some old red bull,..been frozen two winters . My chocolate milk bowl may need to move locations once the snow melts.
And chocolate covered coffee beans, too much entertainment on the trail cams?

I may try something different this year. My daughter hasnt sat on the baits Ive placed for her.
Ill bait one location heavy early. then play with the other locations middle end of May.

Maybe even kill a bear this year

I followed my wife's instruction , took a rifle and hunted from the ground, instead of archery from a tree

Hound s were at the site 3 times in 7 days. And the bears haven't been in during day light hours. The past 6 days.

Ravens ,a buzzard and a martin make it interesting.

This is the story as told to me.
TC said he and another bear hunter use to get lots of the chocolate covered roasted coffee beans from the same source.
As the story goes the other fellow had an old bear that ate plenty of the covered coffee beans. The other hunter found the old coffee bear dead.

Others created the story that the bear died from the chocolate and coffee beans when it was just a chocolate coffee eating bear that likely died of old age and he found it.

There has never been any type of proof chocolate is a problem. They both had other bears eat larger amount percentage wise.

TC also worked and helped research bear diet.
They both claim bears get bored or satiated from eating much of anything when they have a smorgasbord in the woods. Like people, often bears crave high calorie, protein carb foods when needed
