Postby Lefty » 11 14, 2020 •  [Post 1]

I set up on the Continental divide waiting to see if the geese were migrating through
Set out a handful of goose decoysDropped a green- winged Teal
Daisy’s on he first retrieve.
I think I was more proud than she.

Duck hunting on the continental divide. That's cool.
I hunt therefore I am. I fish therefore I lie.

I actually went to kill a goose up there and to scout for elk. I was expecting to see migrating geese, only saw one flock of swans. The ravens kept circling the goose decoys :?:

Thursday a guy asked what I was doing with my pup up there Saturday . He really had a hard time believing I had goose decoys out. He is one of the .guys that is always interested in why my truck is where it is,.. And why a big guy like me is where I am.
Oh and just a mile from 350 elk 8-)
