Looks great. I did smoked/pressure cooked mule deer neck last night. One of my favorites.
I hunt therefore I am. I fish therefore I lie.

Yum! Can’t get that in a restaurant.

Still my Comfort food
Beef commercials were often the lunch special in the rural town restaurants we worked in. I guarantee this tasted better than any restaurant (OK I may have transformed the sweet potatoes from Holiday House Dinner Club, John Devers in laws place)
I prefer Yukon golds over all other taters,, Well and any elk cut is better than old holstein milk cow meat

I originally was looking for mule deer or bear But that may all be eaten up.

Growing up, Sunday dinner often looked similar. My dad was a real meat and potatoes, but no sweet potatoes and more peas and green beans, and sweet corn in season I think it was common practice in our area to pick sweet corn from a field (Green Giant contracts) and put a $1.00 in the mail box

If you knocked on the door of the farm house you could fill a gunnysack full for the same $1.00
