If you want some of my "reject" a bit too much cure for my taste. I used jerky cure in an oven ( so sorta cooked instead of dried) And likely delightful with beer. ;)
I need to pay it forward anyway. A fellow sent me 10 lbs of his peppers

Looks fantastic. I make and consume over 50# of jerky a year, it's my daily snack.
