Of last years spring bear.

I made Thai stir fry:
I had prepped on the side some shrimp for our oldest daughter, and sesame bear for me.
When all was gone, my daughter made the comment the bear was better than the shrimp.

I couldn't find any curry spices so I made a "brown Thai sauce,.
Can of coconut milk,
garlic ginger
garlic,
fish sauce
Shot of Siracha
Soy sauce
a smidge of hot, hot sauce for a little bite
