Try this next time you pull out a pound of deer burger to grill or fry. Mix in 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar, a good splash of Winchester sauce, tbsp of garlic powder and onion powder, a 1/4 cup of blue cheese or feta, a few shakes of salt and pepper (in to the burger in a bowl) and of course a bit of Alpine Touch all purpose seasoning as you grill the patties. Did this tonite. Burgers fit for a king 8-)

My go-to is to grind some bacon ends and pieces into the burger, so the bacon is already in there. Enough fat to hold it together well and the flavor is, well, it's bacon! I have also ground in a small amount of pepper jack but I'm less enthusiastic about that now. I prefer to just put a big slab on top. Otherwise I mix a little 57 sauce into the burger before grilling and some fresh ground pepper on top. I actually prefer to mix A1 into the burger, but the wife isn't as into that as I am, so we do 57
