Its a special permit area. And being from Oregon don't think I would spend the money to do it.

Yes it is special permit and I dont think its worth the cost or drive from even northern Oregon. There are permits you can put in for in Oregon that are even better and it will cost you half of what you would spend hunting in WA. I currently have been hunting both Oregon and Washington since 05 and if there is a season open in Oregon I go there first. I am able to also not pay out of state in WA since I am in the military.
