Great to hear. After the little rain we had Sunday, things were picking up Monday morning. We could hear bulls all the way down the valley.
I'm heading up in the morning to pack in for the final five days of the the season.

Monday night was great in Wyoming as well. Called in a bull for a buddy. Had a 2 hour battle with 2 heard bulls when all of the sudden a 3x3 came running out of the trees. Couldn't take it anymore!

The bulls in NOCO started going nuts this week with the weather change ... oh yeah archery season ended Sunday.

Seems to be the story of my life!!! Next time I plan a trip back home, I'm planning it even later!!!

I checked the fire map today and saw the fire is officially entered the drainages we planned to hunt. Biggest lesson learned this year: have a plan B!!!!
