Just checkin in from camp.

Good evening folks, we arrived at camp saturday evening and set up half of camp. Sunday we woke up to 4 nice mulies right in camp. We finished setting up camp and spent the afternoon checking a few places out to hunt but seen nothing. Monday we busted a cohple of elk out but they left the area. The guys i am with continued on up the mountain and i headed to a small water hole where i saw a lone cow but couldnt get a shot. This morning we decided to head our own ways so i sat on the same waterhole. When it got time i headed for our meeting spot but when i got 100 yards away, i realized there was a bull moose sta ding 50 yards ahead of me on the trail. He seen me and walked about 10 yards off the trail. He then proceeded to take a few jumps which put him 10 yards in front of me. I could see his nose dripping he was so close. It had me shaking for a while but something i will never forget. We then headed to town for supplies and spent the rest of the day just trying to get our legs back under us. I will try to keep this up to date every few days as i can. I hope others are having betterluck than us.

Oh yeah i almost forgot, i should have bought a mulie tag. I could have filled it several times now. Lots of them running around.
