I'll share this because I'm a fan of the show. Hank appeared on an episode of Meateater with Steven Rinella (One of a very small number of hunting shows that I think are actually enjoyable), where Hank shot and prepared a Jackrabbit. On that episode, and then again in a "Memorable meals" episode - Steve commented that it was one of his favorite wild game dishes he'd ever had...
