West Side Crazy Mountains

I have been scouting pretty hard on the east side of the crazies all august and know there 6 different herds are and some really nice bulls I'm assessing forest service through a small piece of private land I will head up in there for 10 days on the 14th. BUT ............ im headed out on the west side on Monday up Shields River Rd. with a friend we only have Monday Tuesday and Wednesday to hunt and he's looking of any legal elk. I was thinking of going up dugout creek and advice would really help thanks.
